The EFactor programme is designed to help anyone develop entrepreneurial and innovative competencies. This is a transformational learning experience where trainees get the opportunity to apply and reflect on their existing entrepreneurial skills and develop them even further.

Entrepreneurship isn’t just for start-ups, it has become an essential set of competencies for any organization or individual in business today.

Indeed, Intrapreneurship is recognised as the act of behaving like an entrepreneur while working within a large organization. Intrapreneurship integrates risk-taking and innovation approaches, as well as the reward and motivational techniques, that are more traditionally thought of as being the province of entrepreneurship.  

Our Efactor questionnaire and training programmes are based on the Entrepreneurial Competency model developed by Professor David Gibson OBE in 2006 and published in

“The Efactor” (Pearson Education2006) after ten years of research with over 100 highly successful Entrepreneurs.

Our workshops will help you transform your thinking by developing Intrepreneurial skills that will help you and your workforce solve problems from a new perspective, create new business models and cultivate a growth mindset – skills which have widely been identified in the top 10 skills, abilities, and knowledge associated with rising occupations for 2030.

Our workshops can be delivered through a 2 day Introductory Programme, or via our modular Efactor Development Programme:

Option 1 - Introduction to the EFactor

This 2 Day programme will cover the following areas:

  • Completing and reviewing the EFactor results.

  • Introducing & reviewing the 8 Entrepreneurial Competencies

  • Action planning

Option 2 – The EFactor Development Programme

This is a 4 x 1 Day Modular Programme supported by 2 x 1hr coaching sessions per participant. Within this programme we will cover the following areas:
